Add Chef Organization modal says you can edit the name later

Describe the bug

Add Chef Organization modal says you can edit the name later when you can't. I know we want this to be the case in the future, but it's not true yet so we should remove this text.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Infrastructure -> Chef Infra Servers
• Select a server
• Select Add Chef Organization

Expected behavior

Name field should not have comment text under it
