Dear developers,
I have tried to support reading and manually specifying the topology type of lammps(#478). After long reflection, I now propose a solution. In theory, this solution can not only meet the above requirements, but also support string types, not just integers. At the same time, I also hope to support the reading and writing of lammps molecule template. This work will be carried out after the following code is reviewed.
