- Migrates timelock payments to latest BLS network + client SDK.
- Ensures backwards compatibility on read operations.
- Directs write, update to new BLS network by default. Use release line v3, if required, acknowledging it'll be eventually deprecated as the old BLS network's reaching end-of-life,
- Adds safe serialisation, enabling tailored associated error messages.
- Adds relevant schema definitions.
