synchronize from zero (use case: new user)

The important questions this test should answer are:

• do new users land on the same chain as us?
  • I am assuming there might be some clients out there who are on a fork
  • also malicious intent may bring people on the plan to create specifically created clients
• how long does the synchronization take?
• how many peers do you get in the wallet? see task how many peers do users get in the wallet? currently it seems 4-7 #5
