Zoom does not work properly

The zoom option does not work properly.

If you reduce the Zoom from 1000% to 1%, the scroll bar is missing and with every change the width of the graph decreases.

Hi,

The scroll bar is only shown when it is needed, i.e. if the graph is wider than the window it is displayed in. If you change the zoom level, the width of the graph is changed accordingly. If you change from 1000% to 500%, the graph's width will be halved.

What would you expect it to do?
