9/20 Failed attempts - Python and then installing libraries one by one.
9/21 Good attempt - Anaconda (Python 2.7.13 |Anaconda 4.4.0 (64-bit)| (default, May 11 2017, 13:17:26) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32) and got following libraries needed - SciPy NumPy Matplotlib Failed attempts - But still no success is getting this - Theano Keras Also need to move all this to personal laptop as work laptop won't let me do pip install or git push.
