Phenomantics

The Phenomantics project is a super-project consisting of several sub-projects as outlined below. The overall purpose of the project is the development and implementation of capabilities to support automated prioritization of genetic variants. The various sub-projects provide capabilities for ETL functions, algorithm implementation and validation, and services.
