We need to build it again Compose MP
We need slackhq/circuit#704 for iOS and Native support.
Had to stub out some auth dependencies so that they were on the graph.
We only need to link :shared
UI should be scoped to the view, not application

This PR migrates Tivi to use Compose Multiplatform and adds both an iOS and Desktop apps. The iOS and Desktop apps aren't fully working, but they do mostly run. Refines will come in future PRs.
