Hello this is my pull requests for issue #24
Now I just added a description field, and added to the schema the description field, as a text field, however I'm not sure if you want this as other fields or other types of drop down, (I'm ready to make the changes again if this doesn't work for you in another pull request or work)
I like this project and would like to continue working in it .
