make diff highlighting useful #22

The diff highlighting when using vimdiff or a tool like fugitive (:Gdiff) is near unusable. I'm not suggesting you merge this immediately since I'm using colors outside of the tomorrow theme palette, but I'd like to consider how we can improve diff highlighting. I've included my changes as an example.

+1 the diff colors make everything unreadable. I've resorted to switching the color scheme whenever diff'ing.

Hm... this should also be fixed for the bright/eighties themes. I'll try to see if I can play with the colors at some point for those themes as well, or perhaps you already have something?

I only fixed it in the tomorrow-night theme and I don't already have a fix made for the others.
