The width between two files when split was formerly hard-set to 60/40.
You can now use "gary_bernhardt_split_ratio": [0.5, 0.5] to define
the file width of the two files. Both widths must add up to 1.0.

the file width of the two files. Both widths must add up to "1.0".
- Maintain consistency, change ratio to `gary_bernhardt_split_ratio`
- Thought this worked like Ruby, apparently you can't set type in def.
