Sitewide synth

The site becomes a more integrated tool - so we need the common tooling be accessible from any page. So we can easily play a sound or send a midi signal from any place we want. just import some functions from @use/ folder js files. To be optimized and improved, but already working.

Sitewide MIDI

Got a nice icon at the top showing the MIDI support. Then there's the midi panel and global midi status there. Output works on mobile, but event listeners don't fire on inputs.

The feature is already integrated in midi-monitor and also the pitch class circle - it plays the notes to midi, just choose the TO channel in the panel
