Add a release for the new denoiser plugin version once it is ready

Although the plugin can be downloaded from here, having a release would still be useful, since the Chunky docs tell users to download it from the releases page.

The denoising path tracer works about every 3rd time. I'm not releasing this yet. Seems to only work if rendering the beauty pass takes longer than the other passes.

I believe that #33 and, to a lesser extent, #34 would block a release. #32 could be deferred to later given the snapshot nature of 2.5.0 currently and that Release 0.4.0 still works fine and we could instruct people to use that in the mean time.

Merging #31 would at the very least let development builds become more accessible so we can get more testers.

We have v0.5.0-pre1 now, which includes all changes on master.
