This commit revendors github.com/vishvananda/netlink to commit c2a3de3. This allows us to retrieve the file descriptors for newly created tap devices, which can then be passed directly to qemu on the command line. The latest version of github.com/vishvananda/netlink has a dependency on golang.org/x/sys/unix so we vendor this as well. Signed-off-by: Mark Ryan <mark.d.ryan@intel.com>
