Panel View customization

As an enachment, is it possible to customize the number of Panels in "Panel View Mode"?
Now is in default 4 "panels"
On page 37 of Amazon Publishing Guidelines (sec 5.4) there is some details

I would love to automate and implement full Panel View to KCC but that would require an algorithm that would cut manga properly.

And that algorithm would be valid commercial product :-) AKA. Too much work.

Modifying Virtual Panel View to display more than 4 panels also require more time than I can dedicate for this project.

So for now my code branch only add mode to create fake Virtual Panel View support for Kindle 4 NT and older models.

Should be possible I think, but ATM both me and @AcidWeb lack the time for more efforts on it; I mean, it's why I first put all sources here on github, to give everyone the chance to contribute and bring the development on :)

BTW I'll eventually try, in a future less cluttered with work issues, to check if we can benefit from both comicstrip and snipstrip, but if you have knowledge and time you can speedup the process by issuing a pull request!

@chewZ both snipstrip and comicstrip work very well with regular comics but only with them. When image use any advanced panel layout (like every manga) they just fail.
