Hi Zokama,

Can you add a bit of documentation on how to build the chaincode ? I documented a local deployment and a tutorial on packaging and installing the chaincode directly from the tools container for Hyperledger v1.4.4

Now it seems that it won't work for Hyperledger 2.1.0 as the shim is no longer included in the tools container. I made a fabric-v2-images branch including your changes and the v2 images for testing.
