RADplots_1.0

RADplots is a set of R functions for analyzing and plotting genetic data generated by illumina sequencing of a restriction-associated digest sequencing (RADseq) library. Most functions are designed and tested on data generated by the sequence assembly package pyRAD (http://dereneaton.com/software/pyrad/).
