[FR] Add restart plex to context menu #62

Instead of Stop Plex -> wait -> dismiss both (stopping/stopped) notification banners (they are over the context menu) -> Start Plex

I would like to have a Restart plex entry in the context menu which stops and starts plex automatically and save a notification banner ( only show "plex restarting" -> "plex restarted".
