Sample bookmark CSVs

This is a place to store some CSVs that might be useful for local testing. Over time we hope to gather some representative data sets for different patterns of behavior: lots of tag overlap, little tag overlap, lots of bookmarks, few bookmarks, etc.
- @andypiper has kicked things off with a copy of their real live bookmarks c. September 2023.
