The parallel test Amal added also tests I/O.

Unfortunately this is not true. I am writing some basic I/O tests to compare solutions from different formats.

Looks like I am eating my hat. All of the verify_it_parallel tests load the last frame back then compare against a file frozen in numpy text format. This is explicitly testing PETSc I/O, I'm going to close this ticket...
