Coverage remained the same when pulling 5f3c3e7 on ahmadia/add_scipy into 816d4c2 on master.

@ketch - Looks like this passed, and you're at least getting SciPy testing through the PetClaw test parallel test paths. I seem to recall we were having tests timeout before, but I don't recall what we did to mitigate this, if anything, and I don't see anything obvious in the logs.

Yes, sorry. I am torn between switching over to conda and just getting the cached hashstack working. Can this wait a week?

It can certainly wait a week. I've been trying simple things, but didn't want to make a major change without your input. If you'll have time to deal with it in a week, that would be great.
