* master: Fix calls to logger in pyclaw/solver.py. Don't store gamma1 in problem_data. Raise exception when weno_order!=5 and kernel_language==Python. Clearer error message when tfluct is not set. empty_tfluct to default_tfluct, and summary of if statements inside default tfluct function added documentation on attribute tfluct on sharpclaw/solver.py removed tfluct from src in Makefile stub functions now are empty_tfluct at the top of sharpclaw solver.py changed amdq2 to adq in tfluct solver for Euler 1D added dimension dependenpt tfluct stub functions euler 1d example modified to use new solver tfluct workflow ability to take tfluct solver as input in solver Add titles and use literal strings in example docstrings.
