Somewhere in the last 10 years, Lein has started warning about the $CLASSPATH environment variable being set. If we redirect stderr into stdout, that warning will be the first item in the process output, rather than the classpath we're looking for.

Update to handle latest JVMs, update dependencies, switch to
nrepl/nrepl, and don't redirect the leiningen error stream.cc @eerohele
