Readme display improvement.

Hi,

The display of the README file is a little odd on github. Specifically, in the 'Example Usage' section, it shows (deftrace fubar x v), with 'x v' as a hyperlink, because it's reading [x v] as hyperlink markup.

It always confuses me when I read the file online, so here's a quick fix.
