latest microbosh stemcell 1.5.0.pre2 does not deploy

Godamit, there is a new public stemcell and it doesn't deploy with existing micro_bosh.yml and/or public gems:

"Could not find cloud plugin" - is this a micro_bosh.yml issue or something new in bosh gems?
