Apparently "Draft PRs" are not available in this private repo. This is a very rough, no real content, draft copy of https://github.com/knative/community/blob/master/working-groups/WORKING-GROUPS.md merely pointing to the correct community calendar and removing knative working groups keeping only the template structure. |

LGTM, with only one suggestion that is really a different issue. I opened #32 for that.

@chipchilders requested further feedback after adding further content (not sure how I like that Github apparently keeps the "approved" after more commits get added). I'd keep this PR open until we have clarity on if we want to propose a concrete initial structure and which it should be. |
