• [Feature Improvement] Adds a new cache boolean configuration to allow service instances to manually enable attribute caching (which is disabled by default for read/write shares).

Dependencies

• The nfsbrokerpush errand requires the cf-cli-6-linux job from cf-cli-release to be colocated on the errand VM.
• This version requires the mapfs job from mapfs-release to be colocated on the cell.
