Currently, we are dragging a "changeme" password collection in the helm chart, could we adopt a randomizer to set the passwords? Perhaps something like the scf team is doing.

SCF uses this to generate passwords: https://github.com/SUSE/scf-secret-generator. It runs as a pre-flight k8s job. We should be able to either re-use or adapt this for Stratos deployment.
