These are both architectures that are added to the Makefile, but that we don't currently build for. riscv64 was added in: cloudnativelabs#1525 and ppc64le was added in: cloudnativelabs#847

We are running an environment mixed with amd64 and ppc64le machines. Including ppc64le builds in the official multi-arch builds would be helpful. Thanks!
