what

  • Move all troubleshooting related documentation to new top level category
  • Add aliases to redirect old content to new content (for SEO)

why

  • We're about to import A LOT of FAQs that are more product/theory related. This belongs in FAQ.
  • Troubleshooting tips & tricks has a lot of technical mumbo-jumbo that doesn't speak to most people

closes #284
