Electron validation pt1000 histos

It involves the following packages:

the new module is added to the electronValidationSequence and for consistency I would keep it there.
what can be moved to the prevalidation sequence is instead the full egammaValidation
https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/blob/CMSSW_7_5_X/Validation/Configuration/python/globalValidation_cff.py#L81

but I have to make sure that the triggerResults are not used anywhere.
