FYI, we typically host static websites on our infrastructure, served out of a Git checkout in Coda.

I'm not making any particular argument about the merits of that approach, however. It predates our use of GitHub.

I've been meaning to learn TravisCI for a while, but I think this repository would take a lot of effort
to set up with CI and wouldn't benefit that much.
I looked into this and I would also need admin access to add the build hooks under
my TravisCI account.
I've changed this issue to add a script to manually publish the javadocs to gh-pages.
