MapOptions: Compact build will not load sliderStyle large

I spent some time banging my head on this, so it might be a good update for the docs. As noted here:

CMV uses the compact build by default. You can pass sliderStyle: 'large' but it will not have any effect. If you use the full JSAPI, the large slider will appear. Reading the CMV docs about the attribution gave me the clue.
