Update chat message component in the DashboardContainer

The chat bubbles sometimes render without the text inside.

To provider more detail. When you have the app running and all the latest code pulled, you will notice the very first Chat send renders in a small circle without text.

I have trimmed the message of null and whitespace already.

Having trouble setting up the proper Realm/clients for keycloak.

• Can I give it a random Realm? (kc,json and IODC.json have different realms)
• What are the problem client names? do they map to the client in the files above
• What is the proper root url for the clients?
