Need reset wifi for ap mode

After wifi configured, and reset wifi router, esp8266 don't connect more.
Serial monitor:
12:11:44.098 -> Connection failed with code 3... Retrying, try:
12:11:50.697 -> Connection failed with code 3... Retrying, try:
12:11:57.329 -> Connection failed with code 3... Retrying, try:
[...]
Need a method for reset wifi settings, for AP mode.

I wonder if this is the same issue that someone else was having I think on ESP Channel 3? I can't find the issue now. long-story-short - I haven't run into this and would love it if someone else could debug.
