Note that the first commit includes Visual Studio project files that were removed in subsequent commits since I ended up implemeting a makefile based build. I didn't want to squash the commits. Also, small changes to C files were required due to incompatibility with Visual C's idea of ANSI C. |

This is a collection of commits to make vamos (or namely musashi) build on Windows. Tested only with vamos and some Amiga binaries. Seems to work.
