Import messages by newcomers on gitter

We can import data from Gitter Developer API which can be useful in creating metrics for Newcomer metrics and gamification project.

As mentioned in the Newcomer gamification project we need to make a record and build metrics for Newcomer messages, So, I think we can make use of Message Resources of Gitter developer API and import its data into a data model for later use. Though I am not sure about this :)

Capturing very high level info about Gitter may be suitable for this repo, however it would be more sensible to add textual analysis of the messages to https://gitlab.com/coala/landing , and import the final analysis only.

We should have an app name gitter and the messages by newcomers(which will be available after the merge of this pr) should be imported in two models Question and Answer after the analysis done NLP.
