Reformatted the project with `black` and `isort`. Added also the all the necessary formatting checks and exceptions in the `ci` action/pipeline. Removed also deprecated Python version(s) from the supported Python version list and added test runners for Python `3.10` and `3.11`.
Removed the GitHub Action used for tagging commits with automatically incrementing semantic versioning and creating PyPI releases. The release process and mechanisms are due for an overhaul later. For now new PyPI releases will be triggered based on manual version tagging.
