Note: This GitHub isn't used so much anymore! I now work in industry, still write lots of code, but don't get to share it as readily.

  • I was a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
  • I work on statistical and machine learning techniques 🧮
  • I use these techniques to analyse cancer genomics data 🧬
  • I mostly code in python and R 🐍
