couldn't authenticate: ssh_userauth_password: Out of memory #1213

This message was seen during the test day:

Sep 16 12:58:51 todoleza-cockpit cockpit-ws[1734]: 172.16.36.18: couldn't authenticate: ssh_userauth_password: Out of memory

Which on the face of it is very odd.

This comes from passing a null password to ssh_userauth_password

When we have GSSAPI creds, use them to authenticate via SSH if
the peer server requests such authentication.

Refactor cockpit_ssh_connect(). In the process we also fix:
