In pkg/ovirt, show virtual machine's IP/FQDN.

Such a functionality requires guest agent running inside the VM.

Followup for #7139 due to complexity which is already covered by oVirt.

If guest agent is installed in a virtual machine, oVirt can
retrieve machine's internal FQDN/ip.
