Please comment on the upstream distro bug manually before accepting this pull request.

It is (most likely) not fixed upstream. We just stopped testing it after #12311. @KKoukiou can you please ack that I understood it correctly and we don't want to test ubuntu/debian (and other OSes) with virsh backend and therefore this naughty is not needed?

It is (most likely) not fixed upstream. We just stopped testing it after #12311. @KKoukiou can you please ack that I understood it correctly and we don't want to test ubuntu/debian (and other OSes) with virsh backend and therefore this naughty is not needed?

We do test virsh provider only where libvirt-dbus package is not available, which now is true only for ubuntu-1804.
