Follow the name of the functionality in systemd: See: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/latest/tmpfiles.d.html In particular, this should be named after the package name (cockpit-ws), and putting "tempfiles" into a tmpfiles.d/ file name is redundant.
