When enrolling into a FreeIPA domain, opportunistically request an SSL certificate for cockpit-ws, similar in spirit to when and where it already requests a Kerberos keytab. This should be universally better than the local self-signed certificate, as the IPA server's CA is in the local PKI trust db and thus accepted by OpenSSL, browsers, curl, etc. Closes cockpit-project#9241
