The problem ranges page doesn't allow filtering the problem ranges by "problem reason". This can make it hard to find the interesting ranges. For example, if a node in the cluster is down, one gets a lot of "under-replicated ranges". If some ranges have also lost quorum (or have another "worse" problem), they may easily be crowded out.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either allow filtering by reason (i.e. a list of checkboxes) or list rangeIDs by reason.
