Some recent droplet changes added arrow buttons to function calls to add/subtract params on function call blocks. we don't want to show these arrows in starwars levels. fortunately there is already an easy way to configure this on a per-level basis.

this regression isn't a ship blocker, so I'm just going to make the fix and if the regression happens to get shipped before the fix we won't be too sad.
