This PR picks an appropriate Slack channel to forward its events to based on the auto scaling group's name and a (hard-coded) map of auto scaling group name-matcher strings to Slack channel names.
This fixes an issue where full-stack adhoc auto scaling group events were being output in the
infra-productionchannel, causing confusion.Already deployed manually via
rake stack:lambda:startand verified working via unit test.
