We had recently started running the robo-DTT check every 1 minute. It turns out there is Github API rate limiting that limits unauthenticated requests to 60/hour, so we were right on the edge. Lowering to 2 minutes for the moment. We can also create an authenticated account which allows a far higher rate of API requests.
