It turns out views in Redshift don't work super well in general, and result in some particular issues when integrated with Tableau, for reasons described here:

As a result, moving these views into tables (names/columns unchanged). Currently, I run these scripts manually on Mondays to refresh them, and this PR only serves as a means of recordkeeping. Need to come up with automated solution in the next couple weeks.
