Reverts #20932, which broke DTT #21139
Looks like we just need to add a
uses_droplet?method for weblab, as most (all?) of the specific errors boiled down to aundefined method `uses_droplet?' for #<Weblab:0x0000002f033ef8>being thrown on https://test-studio.code.org/s/allthethings/stage/32/puzzle/1
